The project has been proposed by a nonprofit organization. The main challenge is to propose a methodology to generate investment proposals and periodic reports for the purpose of the educational game VCR. Proposed methods should make the game world resemble a real venture capital market.

The project has been proposed by a public sector institution. The purpose is to make an attempt to develop models and measures to evaluate the effectiveness of funds utilization for scientific research and advanced technologies development, especially their long term effects.

Problem 4:
Comparable aggregated indicators of QoS in telecoms market.

The Office of Electronic Communications (UKE)

The project has been proposed by a public sector institution. The main challenge is to design aggregated indicators to measure the quality of service rendered by the Wholesale Telecommunication Operator to Alternative Operators (AO). The indicators must be comparable, i.e. they should indicate whether some AO’s are favored or discriminated.

Cryptographic techniques used to provide integrity of digital content under long-term storage.

Polish Security Printing Works (PWPW)

The main project objective is to apply advanced mathematical methods, especially cryptographic techniques used in the process of digital marking of content, to guarantee verification of the integrity of long term stored digital content.
